Your relationship to NFP creates access to our NFP Benefits Compliance team via SPARQ (Submission Portal & Archive Repository of Questions), made up of ERISA attorneys, former IRS auditors, and legal consult of varied specialties. If you have a specific client or industry question that you would like addressed by the legal team, please send us the entry you would like uploaded for evaluation. Turnaround time is typically 5-7 days and results will be shared once received.
